Terms & Conditions 1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using CarCree, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 2. The Marketplace CarCree connects buyers with independently-operated dealers, manufacturers, and service providers. CarCree is not a party to any sale, booking, or service agreement made between users — it provides the platform, not the transaction itself. 3. Account Responsibilities You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Dealer, manufacturer, and service-provider accounts are subject to admin verification before their listings go live. 4. Listings & Conduct Listings must be accurate and lawful. CarCree may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms, misrepresent a vehicle or service, or attempt to defraud another user. 5. Loyalty Points & Promotions Points, tiers, and redemption rewards have no cash value, may be adjusted or discontinued, and are subject to the rules shown at the time they're earned or redeemed. 6. Limitation of Liability CarCree is provided "as is." We aren't liable for the conduct of dealers, manufacturers, service providers, or other users, or for the condition of any vehicle or service booked through the platform. 7. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use CarCree after an update means you accept the revised terms.
